IKS to Web (HTTP, XML, REST, Json, MQTT) Gateway (discontinued)

The IKS to Web Gateway acts as a protocol converter. It allows IKS devices to communicate with a Web network (HTTP, XML, REST, Json, MQTT).
The IKS driver allows the Gateway to read data and command an IKS device over Ethernet UDP/IP.
The Web (HTTP, XML, REST, Json, MQTT) driver allows the Gateway to push data to the Web via a variety of Protocols.

The IKS UDP Driver allows the Gateway to connect to an IKS device and poll for real time data. The driver also allows a user to send various commands to control the IKS device.

The Gateway connects to the IKS device, reads data and stores it internally. When a remote system requests the data, it is served in a form that is appropriate to the request’s protocol. In the case of commands, users will send write requests that will trigger the gateway to send a control command to the IKS device.

The CAS Gateway serves data from an IKS device as Modbus (RTU or TCP), BACnet IP, or Web data. The gateway supports all of these options simultaneously. Use the data you want and ignore the others.

The driver is an Ethernet driver that uses Ethernet cables and a hub or a switch to connect the Gateway and the IKS device. The IKS device must enable and support the UDP interface.

CAS Hardware 700

The CAS 700 Hardware device contains 2x 9-pin serial ports (1x RS485 and 1xRS232), and one Ethernet port. The device also contains a microSD card where system files, assets, configurations, and logs are stored.

The device has the following system drivers that can be enabled:

  • HTTP REST Server - a passive web server with an API that users can interact with the device to get or set values
  • HTTP Push Driver - a driver that can be configured to push data in a specific format (JSON, XML, CSV) to a 3rd party web server. Current data formats are Chipkin's default JSON payload and VeederRoot Tank data as JSON. Please contact Chipkin for information on adding additional formats.

IKS Driver

The CAS IKS driver allows the CAS Gateway to read data and command an IKS device over Ethernet UDP/IP. The CAS Gateway can only connect to one IKS device.

The CAS IKS reads and stores all the data available on the IKS device and supports the following commands:

  • Start
  • Change
  • Stop
  • EV Disconnect
  • Write Settings
  • Reset Abnormality

Web (HTTP, XML, REST, Json, MQTT) Driver

The Web Diver allows for data to be monitored by remote systems running applications that can issue HTTP or SOAP/XML GET requests – such applications can be easily developed by end users. Of course, this data is available using an Internet Browser such as Internet Explorer or Google Chrome

I'd like to inquire about the IKS to Web (HTTP, XML, REST, Json, MQTT) Gateway (discontinued) CAS2700-42-WEB. Please provide me with a quote for this product.
