The current Modbus spec does not support a situation where you have to connect two clients to the same slave. The solution would be to use one our multi-port FieldServers with an appropriate configuration.

The Caterpillar M5X driver allows the FieldServer to transfer data to and from devices over RS-232 using Caterpillar M5X protocol. The FieldServer emulates either a Server/Client. The driver is capable of comm. with any device that uses Caterpillar M5X.
